Peaberries — a natural coffee mutation where only one round bean develops inside the cherry instead of two — are prized for their concentrated flavor. Grown in mineral-rich clay soils, these Bourbon and Kent varietals are fully washed and dried on raised beds, preserving their lively, floral-fruit complexity.
