Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties undergo Bali’s traditional wet-hulling process — a signature method that enhances body and imparts the deep, earthy sweetness this coffee is loved for. Sun-dried on raised beds, the result is a cup that reflects both Bali’s natural beauty and the craftsmanship of its people.
