Cultivated at 1100–1600 m and processed using the traditional Giling Basha (wet-hulling) method, these beans develop a signature earthy richness with a syrupy, full-bodied texture. Varietals include Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember, ensuring a complex and nuanced cup.
