Cultivated at altitudes of 1,300–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, the beans — Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica — are hand-harvested at peak ripeness. After careful selection, they are fully washed and sun-dried, producing a cup that reflects Marcala’s proud coffee heritage: robust yet refined, with an unmistakable sweetness and depth.
