Grown in the pristine highlands of Kintamani, Bali, at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters, these beans are nurtured in fertile volcanic loam and picked by hand at peak ripeness. Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties undergo Bali’s traditional wet-hulling process — a signature method that enhances body and imparts the deep, earthy sweetness this coffee is loved for. Sun-dried on raised beds, the result is a cup that reflects both Bali’s natural beauty and the craftsmanship of its people.

Enjoy it brewed as a pour-over or drip to highlight its full-bodied sweetness and tropical complexity.
